Our Promise to You
At Antolini Home, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and service. If for any reason your experience falls short, we will do our best to make it right.
60-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If your order does not meet expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of eligible items, at our sole discretion, within 60 days of receipt when accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Return Policy

A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

Only items in as-new condition will be accepted. Products with scratches, stains, damage, drilling, or modifications cannot be returned.

Returns must include all original packaging and materials. Items returned without the original manufacturer’s packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance items, final sale products, and items damaged by normal wear and tear after delivery.
Refunds

A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective refunds, whether during shipment or after delivery.

Freight Carrier and White Glove Delivery charges are non-refundable once service has been rendered.

If a return is caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Fees vary by carrier.

If the issue is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. While rare, damages and defects can occur.

Inspect your item immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt to file a claim.

If storing items (e.g., during renovations), you must inspect them before placing them in storage. The 7-day claim window still applies.

If damage is present, accept delivery and note “damaged upon arrival” with the carrier. Document with photos of both the item and its original packaging.

Valid claims may be resolved through replacements, partial discounts for minor defects, or reimbursement for local repairs, at our discretion.

Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds. Acceptable forms include:

Photos of the item with Antolini Home logo and product label visible

Email address used at time of purchase

Transaction ID (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
We cannot process returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.
Refund Processing

Refund-only requests (no return required) are processed within 3 business days of approval.

Refunds requiring item shipment are processed within 7 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours and before shipment without penalty.

Once processing has begun, cancellations or changes will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If an order included a discount voucher, the total value will not be redistributed after cancellation. Discount codes are single-use and non-transferable.
Why We Charge a Restocking Fee
Processing returns involves significant time, labor, and resources. Returned items must be inspected, repackaged, and in many cases, cannot be resold due to damage or improper packaging. To help offset these operational costs and shipping expenses, we apply a 20% restocking fee to eligible returns.
