At Antolini Home, we aim to make your delivery experience as seamless as your shopping experience. Please review our shipping details below.


Free & Paid Shipping

  • United States: We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

    • Exceptions: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico are not covered under our free shipping policy.

  • Canada: Orders ship with a calculated fee based on product size and weight. Shipping costs may vary depending on the item.

If you purchased your product through a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for shipping inquiries.


Shipping Methods

  • Small Items: Standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Large Items (e.g., bathtubs, vanities, appliances, or bulk shipments): Delivered via LTL Freight (Less-than-Truckload) service.


Processing & Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: [1–2] business days

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): [3–5] business days

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): [5–7] business days

  • Freight/LTL Shipping (U.S.): [7–10] business days

  • Freight/LTL Shipping (Canada): [10–15] business days

Customized or out-of-stock items: Please allow 12–16 weeks for delivery, as these products are made-to-order or awaiting restock.

Delivery times may vary due to the carrier’s schedule, destination, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Reliable carriers with insurance and tracking, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. All shipping times are shown in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Freight (LTL) Delivery: For oversized or multiple-item orders. Items are delivered curbside, and the customer is responsible for moving them to their final location.

Upgrades available: In-home delivery and white-glove service may be requested for an additional fee. Availability depends on location.


Shipping & Order Confirmations

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed.

  • Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.


Shipping Cancellations & Changes

  • All orders require a valid email address for confirmation.

  • If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our support team immediately at hello@antolinihome.com.

  • Customer support hours: Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm PST

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.


LTL Freight Delivery Instructions

  • Scheduled Delivery (In-person): The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Missed appointments may result in additional fees.

  • Contactless Delivery: Packages may be left at your address. Carriers will provide photo proof of drop-off.

  • In-home Delivery: For an additional fee, items may be brought inside to an agreed location. Availability depends on your zip code.
